What is the cost of pick up

Pickup is free.
Delivery can be arranged - please note there will be a fee depending on the postal code.

Where is Pick up?

Pickup can be made at 2335 Harper drive, Abbotsford 
Pickup times are between 8am-4pm. Though if these times do not suit we can arrange an appointment time.

Can you style my event?

Of course - we would love to help. Please email brightskyrentals@gmail.com or call 778.668.9071 to discuss further.

Can I set up the items on my own

Yes.
All items are easy to setup and can be setup by one or two people.

What is your policy for damaged products?

  • rented items shall be used for the purpose intended and according to notations on the Rental List in the Fees and Finances section and shall be returned free of loose debris.

  • Damage including, but not limited to candle wax, water, wine, food, ink, weather, spills and soil will be considered the financial responsibility of the Client.

  • Replacement costs for lost or damaged items will be the Client’s responsibility.

Can I cancel my booking

Yes you can cancel your booking no later than 14 days before your event.

Unfortunately, all holding deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are transferable subject to availability.
